Become a brewer for the day at Wibblers Brewery, an award-winning beer producer based in rural Essex. Go behind the scenes of this fine working brewery and learn all about Wibbler’s intricate beer production process, under the guidance of a seasoned brewer. During the experience, roll up those sleeves and get brewing, assisting with important duties including hot liquor treatment, adding hops, mashing in, yeast viability testing and most importantly, sampling a few brews. Unlike most brewery experiences, as a participant, you can even have a say in the type of beer which is produced. To keep up energy levels, a hearty buffet pub lunch is included. A week after the experience, a 17 pint mini pin of your beer can be picked up and enjoyed at home.
