Ideal for budding sommeliers or just for those interested in wine, who would like to learn more, this wine tasting workshop at Essex’s West Street Vineyard teaches a host of great skills in a relaxed environment. The morning session focuses on white wines from around the world. Sample six different white wines under the tuition of a resident expert and in addition to picking up priceless tasting tips, learn about the region they were produced and how to match them with food. Next, sit down to a tasty lunch which includes a glass of wine – a chance to put your newfound skills to the test! In the afternoon, enjoy a tasting session which focuses on red wines and sample another six with expert guidance.
