Description

Two world-famous marques go head-to-head. First up is the refined Aston Martin – pure class, and absolutely gorgeous. Drive either an Aston Martin DB9 or a V8 Vantage (decided on the day). The ferocious Audi R8 has the racing technology which has delivered a 187 mph car. Content will vary slightly but at both venues a qualified instructor provides a briefing and demonstration drive around the circuit to help with familiarisation. Then take the driving seat of the Aston Martin for six miles – catch some breath before moving on to the Audi R8 for six more miles. Receive a certificate as a memento of the drive to take home and keep.

Availability: Availability varies between the venues. We do recommend allowing at least several weeks booking notice for this popular experience. Weather: Please bear in mind that driving can be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. snow, ice, heavy rain or high winds) which would make driving at speed dangerous. Duration: Expect to be at the circuit for up to two hours in total and enjoy 12 miles of driving. Please arrive in advance of the booked time to ensure a prompt start. Numbers On Day: Briefings are held in groups of up to 30 people and all in-car tuition is on a one-to-one basis. Spectators: Spectators are welcome but no pets are permitted at racing circuits. Dress Code: Dress comfortably with trousers, long sleeves and narrow, flat-soled shoes (to negotiate pedals that are close together). Natural fibres are preferable to nylon.
