Whether you are looking to change styles or pick out new key season pieces, the personal shopper can advise on latest fashion trends, accessories and beauty products. Begin with a consultation in the personal shopping suite (available in all stores except Reading) during which preferences and shopping tastes can be discussed. The experience also includes £200 to spend in store on new pieces with the full guidance and expert advise of the personal shopper. To round up the indulgence women receive a mini makeover at the beauty counter, while men get a skincare consultation. The lucky recipient gets a small goody bag filled with product samples to take home.

Availability: Excluding January and the sales, generally the experience can be booked on most dates the store is open, subject to availability, but this will vary between stores (weekend dates are always the most popular). Please allow at least six weeks advance booking notice. Weather: Duration: Time spent with the personal shopper and the make-up artist or skincare consultant is quoted as a guide only (and can vary according to individual requirements) but generally can be two to three hours, including 20 – 30 minutes for the mini makeover. Numbers On Day: This is a one-to-one consultation. Spectators: It is not possible to bring spectators along to the consultation, although friends are welcome to join you for shopping afterwards. Dress Code: Guidelines: Receive further location details when you have booked a date. Restrictions: Suitable for people of all ages. Men are welcome and (unless requested otherwise) receive a skincare consultation rather than make up tips. As the experience may be subject to clothing size availability, please check with the store prior to booking. Other Info: There’s no cash alternative to your vouchers and change is not given.
