There are venues all over the country, each offering a slightly different experience to make the day feel truly special. The majority of spa day choices include at least one beauty treatment, and many locations include either lunch or afternoon tea. Feeling energetic? Many spas have a fully-equipped gym and include exercise classes. For something more relaxing, most venues include a sauna, steam room and other heat treatments, and a swimming pool. Leave feeling refreshed and revitalised, whichever spa day you choose.

Availability: All spas are open throughout the year, though some spa days are only available on weekdays. Weekends fill very quickly; book several weeks in advance. Weather: The weather won’t affect your spa day, but some spas offer outdoor activities that may be cancelled if the weather is very bad. Duration: Duration varies depending on location. As a guide you can usually spend eight or nine hours at the spa. Numbers On Day: Numbers at the spa vary. All treatments are conducted in a private room. Spectators: Dress Code: Bring swimwear, a tracksuit, trainers and slippers. Towels and robes may be provided, depending on which spa you choose; we’ll give you all the details when you book. Guidelines: Receive further location details when a date has been booked. Restrictions: Minimum age varies from 16 to 18, depending on the spa. All the spas cater for men and women. Other Info: Each spa offers a range of additional treatments, some generic and some specialist. To book additional treatments please ask for details and allow at least three weeks notice to book.
