Take the wheel of the mighty Lamborghini Gallardo at Donington Park for the drive that dreams are made of! With its clean, stylish lines, the capacity to go from 0 – 60 mph in 4.2 and a top speed capable of 196 mph, this vehicle is sure to satisfy any true petrol head. Start with a safety brief, then get to know the track on some instructor driven laps. Next, it’s time to take the wheel for a thrilling six mile drive around Donington Park’s impressive track. Absolutely unforgettable and totally addictive!

Availability: Available in 2017 on the 25 August and 27 October only. Dates fill very quickly, so we recommend booking 12 weeks in advance. Weather: Driving may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. snow, ice, heavy rain or high winds) which would make driving at speed dangerous. Please call the venue if in any doubt. Duration: Expect to be on-site for around an hour and three quarters, including a briefing and six miles driving the Lamborghini. Please arrive 30 minutes in advance of the booked time to ensure a prompt start. Numbers On Day: All in-car tuition is on a one-to-one basis. Briefings are held in groups of up to 30 people. There might be other vehicles on the track at the same time. Spectators: Friends and family are welcome and there are excellent spectating and catering facilities on-site. Please note that animals are not allowed at the circuit, with the exception of guide dogs. Dress Code: Dress comfortably (and warmly in winter) with trousers, long sleeves and narrow, flat-soled shoes to negotiate pedals that are close together. A helmet is provided. Guidelines: Exit the M1 at junction 23a or junction 24 and follow the signs for East Midlands Airport (A453). Drive past the traffic lights at the main airport entrance and follow the brown tourist signs for Donington Park. On entering Donington Park follow the brown tourist signs for ‘pits and paddocks’ and make your way to the Paddock Suite in the main paddock area through the security gate. Restrictions: Minimum age 18, maximum weight is 20 stone, minimum height 4’10” and maximum 6’2”. A full British or international manual driving licence must have been held for at least 12 months and brought on the day to participate. Other Info: The race circuit is MSA approved for quality and safety, was established in 1978 and is a founder member of ‘The Association of Racing Drivers Schools’ with all instructors being ARDS qualified. One lap of the circuit equates to 1.95 miles. When booking expect to be offered the choice of buying a collision damage waiver at £20 to £40 additional charge. Please note there is no obligation to purchase this optional waiver.
