This high-octane Porsche driving thrill at Wigan’s challenging Three Sisters Race Circuit is sure to satisfy even the most hardened of petrol heads! Kick off with a discussion on safety, then jump into the passenger seat of sports saloon for four miles of familiarisation laps with an instructor at the wheel to show you racing lines and track handling techniques. Once ready, it’s time for the real thing – take the wheel of the iconic 189 mph Porsche 911 (996 model) for six miles of rip-roaring driving action around the Three Sisters track with the instructor in the passenger seat to shout tips and encouragement from start to finish! At the end, receive a driving assessment and take home a certificate as a memento.

Availability: Selected Saturdays, Sundays and Wednesdays throughout the year, plus occasional Mondays and Thursdays. Dates fill very quickly, so we recommend booking 12 weeks in advance. Weather: Driving may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. snow, ice, heavy rain or high winds) which would make driving at speed dangerous. Please call the venue if in any doubt. Duration: Expect to be at the circuit for between an hour and two hours in total. Please arrive one hour in advance of the booked time to ensure a prompt start. Numbers On Day: All in-car tuition is on a one-to-one basis. Briefings are held in groups of up to 30 people. There are likely to be other vehicles on the track at the same time. Spectators: Spectators are welcome and there are cafe/clubhouse facilities on-site. Please note that animals are not allowed at the circuit, with the exception of guide dogs. Dress Code: Wear trousers, a long-sleeved shirt and flat-soled shoes. A helmet is provided. Guidelines: Three Sisters Circuit is accessible from the northbound junction 25 of the M6. However, if approaching from the north there is no junction 25, so you need to loop round via junction 24. Exiting at J25, continue to the first roundabout and turn right following brown sign to Three Sisters. At next main set of traffic lights turn left, take first left into South Lancs. Industrial Estate then turn first left into Three Sisters Road. Restrictions: Maximum weight is 18 stone. Minimum height is 4’11” and maximum is 6’5”. A full British or international manual driving licence must be produced on the day to guarantee participation. Other Info: Feel free to spend the remainder of the day at Three Sisters Race Circuit and watch other experiences taking place. When booking expect to be offered the choice of buying a collision damage waiver at £20 to £40 additional charge. Please note there is no obligation to purchase this optional waiver.
