Take a dip in the pool, unwind in the spa bath, cleanse away cares in the steam room or sauna, work out in the gym or try out an exercise class. At a pre-arranged time, lie back and enjoy either a Swedish back, neck and shoulder massage or energising facial at the hands of an experienced professional, to leave tired muscles or the delicate face of the skin rejuvenated.
