Set in wonderful Colchester countryside, Bannatyne Kingsford Park is the perfect setting to escape daily routine and wind down in true style. Facilities are at your disposal all day, so choose swimming laps in the heated pool, lounging in the hydrotherapy pool and spa bath, sweating in the steam room and sauna as well as fragrances in the aromatherapy room. There is even a high-tech gym. Enjoy some treatment time each with a choice from the following options 1) expert facial, 2) manicure 3) Swedish back, neck and shoulder massage and energising facial, 4) Swedish back, neck and shoulder massage and body polish, 5) energising facial and body polish or 6) Swedish full body massage. Expect to leave (albeit reluctantly) feeling pampered and relaxed.

Availability: Seven days a week. Please book at least four weeks in advance. Weather: Duration: Treatments are pre-booked and last a total of 55 minutes per person.
