In the heart of the Colchester countryside lays Bannatyne’s Kingsford Park. This renowned spa boasts fabulous facilities including a heated indoor pool, hydrotherapy pool, spa bath, steam room, sauna and even an aromatherapy room, and this day includes unlimited access to all this and more. Those wishing to get the blood pumping can also pop into the high-tech gym, where classes run frequently. The day also includes a full 55 minute spa treatment, and guests can choose between five luxurious body massages (including lava shell, bamboo, deep tissue, Swedish and chocolate), two rejuvenating facials and a manicure, before lying back and letting a professional pamper them properly.
