Set in the picturesque Colchester countryside, Bannatyne Kingsford Park is the perfect place to escape all the stress of daily routine and wind down in luxury. Take advantage of the facilities for a day, swimming laps in the heated pool, lounging in the hydrotherapy pool and spa bath, sweating in the steam room and sauna and inhaling otherworldly fragrances in the aromatherapy room. Guests who wish to work up a sweat may participate in professional exercise classes at the high-tech gym, and included in the day is also either a Swedish back, neck and shoulder massage or energising facial, to leave guests feeling pampered as well as relaxed.
