The fun-fuelled tour of Dorset’s Upton Country Park on a Segway is a must try and a great way to explore the lovely estate. After a briefing, expert tuition and practice time riding, head out on an epic Segway tour of the park. Glide through the grounds of Upton House, soak in views across Holes Bay, explore the park’s unique native plants and wildlife and journey into Grove Woods. Off the beaten path, pick up the pace over the bumps, humps and thrilling off road terrain! Before or after the tour, visit the tea rooms and sit down to a delicious Dorset cream tea consisting of a piping hot cuppa and a homemade scone with jam and cream.

Availability: Daily throughout the year, excluding the Christmas and New Year period. Weather: This experience is only cancelled in the event of extreme weather conditions such as severe ice or snow. Numbers On Day: Share the tour with up to five other Segway riders, plus a qualified instructor. Spectators: Spectators are welcome and Upton Park has accessible on-site facilities. Dress Code: Please wear comfortable outdoor clothing and sensible shoes (no sandals or heels) such as trainers or walking boots. A helmet is provided. Guidelines: Restrictions: Minimum age is 12 (children under 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult). Minimum weight is seven stone, maximum weight is 18 stone. Segway driving is not suitable for pregnant women or anyone suffering from a bad neck or back.
