The gorgeous Aston Martin is a beautifully-crafted modern classic with awesome power, phenomenal acceleration and superb handling and TV’s famous test track, Dunsfold Park, is just the place to give it a spin. With the R8, Audi’s leading designers have pushed the boundaries of racing technology, futuristic construction and luxury refinement to deliver a car capable of 187 mph. Begin with a safety briefing and intro to driving techniques from a seasoned professional. Next, take the wheel yourself of either the Aston Martin V8 Vantage or DB9 for four laps. Then step into the Audi R8 for a further four laps. At the end, driving is assessed and you walk away with a certificate as a memento.

Availability: Approximately 10 weekday and occasional weekend dates throughout the year. Weather: Driving may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions like ice, heavy rain or high winds, when driving at speed might become dangerous. The venue makes contact if the experience is cancelled for any reason. Duration: Lasts approximately two hours. This includes briefing, safety guidance, driving time and debrief. Please arrive one hour in advance of the booked time to ensure a prompt start. Numbers On Day: Up to 30 people take part. Briefings are shared with a group. All driving is held on a one-to-one basis. Spectators: Spectators are welcome. A camera will come in handy. The venue offers good facilities for spectators and drivers. Pets are not allowed at racing circuits. Dress Code: Wear trousers, a long-sleeved shirt and narrow, flat-soled shoes, as the pedals in these cars can be close together. Wear natural fibres like cotton, rather than synthetics like nylon. Guidelines: Restrictions: Minimum height is 5’2”, maximum is 6’6”. Maximum weight is 18 stone. A full British or international manual driving licence must be produced on the day in order to participate. Other Info: The model of Aston Martin to be driven is confirmed on the day. When booking expect to be offered the choice of buying a collision damage waiver at £20 to £40 additional charge. Please note there is no obligation to purchase this optional waiver.
