Receive a briefing on arrival and then slide into the driver’s seat of the BMW i8 for the thrill of a lifetime. Drive six adrenaline-fuelled miles around Surrey’s Dunsfold Park, negotiating famous corners like Gambon, Hammerhead and Chicago with an instructor in the passenger seat offering tips throughout. Leave with a personalised driving certificate as a special keepsake.

Availability: Weekend and weekday dates throughout the year. Please allow at least eight weeks advance booking notice for this popular experience. Weather: Driving may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions like ice or heavy rain, when driving at speed might become dangerous. In the event of cancellation, contact is made. Duration: Lasts around one hour including a briefing, two demonstration laps and six miles of hands-on driving time. Numbers On Day: Briefings may be shared. All driving time is held on a one-to-one basis with a qualified instructor. Spectators: Spectators are welcome and there are catering facilities on-site. Other extra (chargeable) drives and passenger rides are available on the day subject to availability. Safety dictates that pets cannot be permitted. Dress Code: Dress comfortably (and warmly in winter) and wear narrow, flat-soled shoes to negotiate pedals that are close together. A helmet is provided. Guidelines: Restrictions: Maximum weight is 19 stone. Minimum height is 5” and maximum 6’5”. A full British or international manual driving licence held for at least 12 months must be produced on the day in order to participate. A health declaration must be signed.
