Visit Flipside brewery in Colwick, Nottingham, winner of a SIBA gold award in the Midland Regional Competition, for a tour with one of their expert and passionate brewers. Beginning with a comprehensive talk through the brewing processes at Flipside, move on to a tour of the equipment and the brewery itself. After seeing what’s involved, finish the tour with a tasty cold buffet and the chance to sample some of the craft beers brewed on the premises. Taste some bottled beers to learn more about how the flavour is acheived, plus a couple of pints of delicious draught beer. Finally, take home a presentation pack of three bottled beers as a memento.
