Perfect for those who are passionate about craft beer; take a tour for two of Flipside brewery in Colwick, Nottinghamshire, winner of a SIBA gold award in the Midlands Regional Competiton. Start off with a talk from one of the expert brewers at Flipside, who explains the different processes and ingredients used in beer brewing. Then take a tour through the brewery to see the equipment used and how the beer is brewed. End the tour by tucking into a tasty cold buffet while sampling some of the rich and delicious beers crafted at Flipside. Sip on some bottled beer to get an idea how the interesting taste is achieved, finish with two pints of flavoursome pints from draught and take home a presentation pack of three bottled beers each.
