Welcome to Champneys Forest Mere Health Farm in Hampshire. The name Champneys is synonymous with top quality for a very good reason, as you’ll find during an indulgent day at this former hunting lodge and keeper’s house for the Royal Forest of Woolmer (part of the South Downs National Park). You are free to make full use of facilities on the day, including the 25 metre pool, plunge pool, whirlpool, sauna and steam areas. And of course there are the exercise classes should you feel extra energetic. If it’s fresh clean air you crave, enjoy time outside on one of the spa bicycles or with a game of tennis. You’ll need to make time for the other inclusions of your experience – a facial, a massage and either a pedicure or a manicure as well as lunch. We won’t be surprised if you don’t want to leave!

Availability: Seven days a week throughout the year. Weekends fill very quickly; book at least six to eight weeks in advance. Weather: The weather won’t affect your spa day, but some outdoor activities might be cancelled if the weather is very bad. Duration: You’re welcome to stay all day until 6pm. Treatment times will be given on arrival. Each of your treatments will last for 25 minutes each. Numbers On Day: Spectators: Dress Code: Bring swimwear, workout gear, two pairs of trainers (one for outside and another for inside) and walking boots for country hikes. A robe is provided. Guidelines: Champneys Forest Mere is located off of the B2070 just outside of Liphook town centre. The nearest motorway is the M3. Restrictions: Minimum age 14, under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult. Vegetarian food options are available. Kosher and other special dietary requirements can usually be catered for; requests in writing directly to the spa at least 21 days prior to arrival.
