Unwind with a wonderful day of indulgence at Surrey’s multi award-winning Grayshott Health Spa. Enter the sanctuary of the spa, put on a robe and slippers and explore the lavish facilities on offer. Choose from a sauna, steam and relaxation rooms, hydrotherapy pool and indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fully equipped gym, tennis courts and a nine hole golf course. During the day, take a peaceful stroll through the 700 acres of National Trust grounds and for added indulgence, each enjoy a soothing 25 minute back, neck and shoulder massage! A tasty buffet lunch with a chilled is also included – the ultimate stress buster!

Availability: Monday – Thursday throughout the year, excluding the Christmas and New Year period. Weather: Duration: Arrive anytime from opening at 9am and stay until 5pm. Numbers On Day: Full capacity is approximately 100 people. Spectators: Dress Code: Complimentary robes, towels and slippers and a locker are provided for use during the experience. Please bring swimwear and gym kit. Guidelines: Restrictions: Men and women aged 18 or over are welcome. Please note male and female sauna and steam rooms are separate. Stairs and narrow corridors unfortunately make the experience unsuited to wheelchair users. Other Info: The outdoor pool is open from April – September. A 7.5 per cent service charge will be added to guest bills for any additional spend. Changes to treatments must be made 48 hours prior to arrival. A pre-authorisation of £100pp is taken on arrival.
