Description
Cornwall’s beautifully peaceful Harlyn Bay is a perfect location for an exciting coasteering adventure. Coasteering is an incredibly fun and different way to see the coastline. Along the coasteer route, explore natural rock pools, caves and gullies. Soak in these incredible sights by traversing and swimming along the coastline. On the way, there are also some jumps which add to the sheer excitement of coasteering. All equipment is provided, but it is advised to bring your own trainers or wetsuit boots. This action-packed experience is a must for any true adventurer!
Availability: Selected weekends from May until the end of September (approximately two dates a month) and most days during summer months. Please be aware that for group bookings of four or more, extra dates may be available so do check. Weather: Coasteering might be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions which could make it dangerous. Please call the venue if in any doubt. Duration: Lasts for approximately two and half hours, including travel and changing time. Numbers On Day: Numbers on the day vary but a minimum of four people take part. Spectators: Spectators are welcome; viewing is possible from the coast path which lines the cliff tops. Dress Code: Please bring swimwear, a towel, a pair of old trainers or wetsuit boots, waterproof sun block, and a warm change of clothes. A buoyancy aid, helmet and wetsuit are provided. Guidelines: Full details and directions will be e-mailed to you at least a week in advance of your confirmed booking. Restrictions: Minimum age is 10 but under 16’s must bring a parent/guardian as a spectator. Participants must be able to swim a minimum of 25 metres unaided and will be asked to sign a fitness declaration. Other Info: Lunch is not included but there is a good pub and a burger van nearby.
