As always with a Champneys venue, you can expect the best. Henlow Grange is set within 150 acres of parkland, making it a perfect country escape. And all unbelieveably just an hour away from London. Choose to walk or ride around the stunning and extensive grounds, or stay inside and make the most of the facilities on offer – sauna, steam and swimming to name just a few. If you like group activities, join one of the many exercise classes on the day. It’s all for the taking and there are qualified therapists on hand to help as you would expect of such a first class venue. Don’t forget, you’ll need to make time for the three treatments included as part of your day (massage, facial and manicure or pedicure) and there’s also a tasty buffet lunch. It’s a hard life sometimes.

Availability: Seven days a week throughout the year. Weekends fill very quickly; book at least six to eight weeks in advance. Weather: The weather won’t affect your spa day, but some outdoor activities might be cancelled if the weather is very bad. Duration: You’re welcome to stay all day until 6pm. Treatment times will be given on arrival. Each of your treatments will last for 25 minutes each. Guidelines: Champneys Henlow Grange lies on Park Lane (or Coach Road if using Sat Nav) off of the A6001 which is accessible from junction 13 of the M1 (A507) or junction 10 (A507) of the A1. Restrictions: Minimum age 14, under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult. Vegetarian food options are available. Kosher and other special dietary requirements can usually be catered for; requests in writing directly to the spa at least 21 days prior to arrival.
