Spend the day reaching a nirvana of rejuvenation by using the rock sauna, vitality pool, amethyst steam room, swimming pool, lifestyle showers and rain showers as well as spa changing and relaxation rooms. Lunch is included from the juice bar, which serves up a delicious selection of freshly made wraps, sandwiches and paninis.

Follow signs onto the A2 and travel north to join the A55. Travel south west on the A55 and join the A24. Continue south on the A24. At Clough the road changes to the A2, follow this road south towards Newcastle leading onto Central Promenade. Turn right onto Downs Road and continue onto Golf Links Road. Slieve Donard is situated on the right. Restrictions: Minimum age is 16. This experience is suitable for both men and women. The venue has wheelchair access throughout.
