Start off with a private consultation and discuss any ideas over a relaxing hot drink and a pastry with the stylist. Next, head out to John Lewis’s fashion and beauty departments together with the stylist or, if preferable, relax and let the stylist choose a range of items for you to browse and try on in private. A mini-makeover with a make-up artist and a 30 minute treatment at the BeautyBAR as well as five personalised Clarins samples.

Availability: Book with John Lewis Oxford Street seven days a week, subject to availability. Saturdays are always very popular; please book at least six weeks in advance. Excludes the Christmas period (no bookings two weeks before or one week after Christmas). Weather: Duration: Usually lasts two to three hours, depending on requirements.
