Feel free after the tour to spend the rest of the day exploring Kew’s many sensational gardens and iconic listed buildings. Availability: Open daily, excluding 24 – 25 December. Kew Palace is located within Kew Gardens and is open from from 1 April until 1 October 2017 only. Bookings MUST be made at least six weeks in advance. Weather: Duration: Kew Gardens opens at 10am. Closing times vary according to season. Tours take approximately one hour (daily from 10am except Christmas Eve and Christmas Day) but you will want to spend the rest of the day at Kew. Numbers On Day: Exclusively for two of you, with a knowledgeable guide. Spectators: Dress Code: Most of the attractions are outdoors, so please wrap up warm in winter. Comfortable, flat footwear is also recommended. Guidelines: Restrictions: Minimum age is 17 (children aged 0 – 3 go free and children aged 4 – 16 years old pay £3.50 on arrival). Kew Gardens is accessible to wheelchair users and those with mobility scooters. Other Info: Kew Palace, Royal Kitchens, Queen Charlotte’s Cottage and the Waterlily House usually close from late October to the end of March. The Temperate House and the Evolution House are closed for a major restoration project (anticipated completion summer 2018)
