Esprit Fitness and Spa in Reading is a great destination to have a day away from it all, and relax and unwind. The spa prides itself on the chilled out atmosphere, great facilities and extensive gym, all there to relieve stress and increase well-being. This spa day grants access to all the spa’s facilities which include a 19 metre indoor pool, sauna, steam room and a relaxation room with a twinkling sky ceiling. The gym is equipped with the latest Life Fitness equipment and a towel, robe and slippers are supplied. For sustenance, enjoy a delicious three-course lunch in the double AA Rosette Caprice restaurant, with a small glass of wine.

Availability: Seven days a week throughout the year, subject to availability. The spa is very popular so booking at least six to eight weeks in advance is recommended. Weather: Duration: You are welcome to arrive once the spa is open, Monday – Friday 6.30am until 10pm and Saturday and Sunday 7am – 10pm. Lunch is served from 12 until 2pm. Numbers On Day: At full capacity, the spa houses just over 40 people. Spectators: Dress Code: Bring swimwear, flip-flops, gym clothes and a robe if required. Dress code for lunch is smart casual. Guidelines: Restrictions: Minimum age 16 (the spa is situated in the hotel, supervised under 16’s can use the pool). The venue is wheelchair accessible, but guests must be able to lift themselves in and out of the pool, sauna and steam room.
