Begin with a talk based on the world’s wine producing regions, new world wines, grape varieties, winemaking and more – then it’s time to taste. Sample an eclectic choice of 13 reds and whites under the tuition of a resident expert and learn how to pick out the subtle tones, notes and flavours in each different wine. During this full day session, sit down to a mouthwatering two-course meal with a glass of champagne each and discuss your newfound wine appreciation with the rest of the group.
