Your pamper spa day at Rowhill Grange also includes a relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage (helping to alleviate tension and relieve stress). Availability: Monday – Thursday throughout the year – subject to availability. Excluding Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s, all bank holidays and school holidays. Weather: Duration: Please arrive at 9am (as your treatments may be booked for anytime after then) and feel free to stay until 3pm. Treatment times are confirmed on the day. Bring flip-flops if you have them, or you can buy slippers on the day. A locker, towels, robes and toiletries are provided (a returnable £10 deposit is payable). Guidelines: Rowhill Grange is just five minutes from the M25 and M20. Exit the M25 at junction 3 (note that there are 2 exits for junction 3). Do not take the first exit marked M20, you require the 2nd exit for the A20 to London. At the roundabout follow signs for Swanley on the B2173. At Swanley follow signs for Hextable B258 through three small roundabouts. One and a half miles from the third roundabout Rowhill Grange is on your left. Restrictions: Minimum age is 18.
