Surrounded by acres of beautiful grounds in the heart of the Kentish countryside, the award-winning Rowhill Grange Utopia Spa is an idyllic place for a spot of pampering and relaxation. During the afternoon, feel free to take advantage of the spa’s luxurious facilities which include underwater massage beds, a therapy pool with high pressure showers, therapeutic waterfall, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. For the more active, Rowhill Grange boasts a fitness suite with qualified and friendly staff on-hand to offer help and assistance. To add to the indulgence, a tension relieving back, neck and shoulder massage is included, as well as a tasty afternoon tea for two in the hotel restaurant. The perfect experience for those in need of a little TLC!

Availability: Monday – Thursday throughout the year – subject to availability. Excluding Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s, all bank holidays and school holidays. Weather: Duration: Please arrive at midday (as treatment times may be booked any time after then) and feel free to stay until 6pm to enjoy the spa’s facilities. Bring flip-flops if you have them, alternatively, slippers can be purchased on the day. A locker, towels, robes and toiletries are provided (a returnable £10 deposit is payable). Guidelines: Rowhill Grange is just five minutes from the M25 and M20. Exit the M25 at junction 3 (note that there are 2 exits for junction 3). Do not take the first exit marked M20, you require the 2nd exit for the A20 to London. At the roundabout follow signs for Swanley on the B2173. At Swanley follow signs for Hextable B258 through three small roundabouts. One and a half miles from the third roundabout Rowhill Grange is on your left. Restrictions: Minimum age is 18.
