Try out a tasty masterclass with the Smart School of Cookery at one of four venues in the South East. Founded by Ann Hood, a previous contestant on BBC’s Masterchef, gain insider tips and tricks from trained chefs, in an informal atmosphere. In small groups, join the chef and prepare and cook the recipes using fresh, quality ingredients. Swap with other participants to watch the demonstration and then sit down to enjoy the delicious dishes. The aim of the lesson is to pass on knowledge and kitchen skills so you feel confident and inspired to recreate dishes at home.
