Description

Get the 4×4 off the tarmac to find out just what it’s capable of. Learn to drive at some extreme angles, negotiate slopes and traverses and even tackle water crossings on a specially designed off road course which is surrounded by the beautiful Kentish countryside. The instructor starts with a demo drive then you take over a ferocious 4×4 vehicle (Land Rover, Mitsubishi or something similar) for 45 minutes of driving action. Just you and the instructor share the car (unless you have brought spectators along for the ride), so it’s your opportunity to go ahead and push your driving skills to the limit.

Availability: Seven days a week, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. Weather: Driving might be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions which would make driving dangerous (please call the venue if in any doubt). If this happens, an alternative date would be rebooked. Duration: Lasts for one hour including a briefing, instructor demonstration and 40 minutes driving time. Numbers On Day: Apart from the instructor demonstration, you will be the only person driving the 4×4. Spectators: Not suitable for spectators, however up to two passengers can choose to ride in the 4×4 for a fee of £20 per vehicle (arrange and pay on the day). Drinks and snacks are available. Dress Code: We recommend sensible, outdoor clothing suitable for driving. Ground conditions are rough and a strong shoe with ankle protection is therefore advisable. No high heels please! Guidelines: Restrictions: Min age 17, max weight 22 stone, max height 6’6”. A full British or international manual driving licence must be produced on the day.
