This experience is for beer lovers who not only enjoy drinking beer but want to learn to make it too. This day at Brewhouse and Kitchen in Sutton Coldfield is the place to do just that. Start the day with breakfast and then enter the micro-brewery for a technical chat with the head brewer before getting properly involved with the full brewing process. Try a hand at mashing in, boiling, adding hops and yeast and other additions that go into brewing a craft beer. This is thirsty works so get stuck into a pub lunch accompanied by a selection of the best house brews. The experience ends with a question and answer session, then two weeks later go back to collect a five litre keg of the beer brewed to take home and enjoy – cheers!
