Take a day out of the busy world by retreating to the luxury five-star Alexander House in West Sussex. Spend half a day here with unlimited access to the palatial spa facilities, including the unique therapy pool with high pressure showers and underwater massage beds, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and outdoor hot tub. Feeling energetic? Take advantage of the well-equipped fitness suite. The day also includes a relaxing 40 minute Utopia express facial or a back, neck, shoulder and scalp massage each. Sit down together to enjoy either a tasty two-course lunch, traditional afternoon tea or a two-course spa dinner depending what time your spa visit is booked for. A locker, towels, robes and toiletries are provided (a returnable £10 deposit is payable). Guidelines: Leave the M23 motorway at junction 10 and follow the signs for East Grinstead. At the second roundabout follow the signs for Turners Hill (B2028). Once in Turners Hill Village, turn left at the crossroads (B2110) to East Grinstead. Alexander House Hotel is on the left hand side after approximately one and a half miles. East Grinstead is the closest railway station, approximately six miles away. Restrictions: Minimum age is 18.
