Description

The sensation of sweeping above the ground in a high performance helicopter is quite unlike any other. A long favoured mode of transport for the rich and famous, it’s the best way to gain a unique perspective of the British landscape. On this 16 mile pleasure flight over the beautiful historic town of Bridgnorth, climb towards the clouds and soak up spellbinding views of the ground below, with the pilot pointing out the local landmarks that pepper the River Severn basin. Availability: Around one day per month, generally around the weekend. Weather: This is a weather dependent activity, mainly due to wind speeds and cloud base above the ground. It is crucial to call the venue before setting out to check conditions. If the flight is cancelled, it can be re-booked directly with the venue. Duration: Expect to be at the venue for about 40 minutes, including a safety briefing and a flight time of approximately 10 minutes. Dress Code: There is heating inside the helicopter and so outer clothing should be kept to a minimum. There is limited space inside the helicopter so please avoid taking any handheld luggage or handbags. Ear defenders / headsets are provided.
