Karting isn’t just for kids – it’s how many Grand Prix champions (including former Formula 1 world champions Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton) started out before moving on to fame and fast women. Whatever your racing ambitions, this experience is loads of fun, whether you’re a novice or an expert you are sure to enjoy this fast and furious session, racing others head-to-head around a specially-designed track. Start with a briefing and by getting familiar with the karts and circuit. Then, get your competitive streak going by competing against other drivers in a bid to become ultimate champion! Aim for winning glory at the end of the session.

Availability: Most venues hold at least one open session per month, all year round. Weather: The weather won’t affect this experience unless you’ve chosen an outdoor circuit. If so, please call before setting out, as severe weather conditions (e.g. heavy rain or ice) might mean that driving is cancelled or curtailed. Duration: The session lasts between 90 and 180 minutes, including around 30-40 minutes driving time Numbers On Day: The number of competitors can vary from 14 to around 48. Spectators: Spectators are welcome, and there are snack bars and viewing areas at most locations. Dress Code: Wear flat shoes or trainers. A race suit and helmet are provided. Guidelines: You’ll receive further location details when you have booked a date. Restrictions: Restrictions can vary, please check. Min age 14 – 16. Some medical conditions (e.g. pregnancy, epilepsy, fainting, neck or back injuries) may mean you can’t take part. A disclaimer must be signed on the day. Other Info: If you miss any part of your initial briefing, safety rules dictate that you cannot be permitted to take part. Please don’t drink any alcohol for at least five hours prior to your experience or you won’t be able to drive.
