Head to the luxury four-star Rowhill Grange Hotel and Utopia Spa, a charming hotel set in nine acres of award-winning gardens and enjoy a relaxing half day together. Spend half a day at the spa with unlimited access to the spa facilities including the swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. If you’re feeling energetic, a qualified instructor can show you how to use the equipment in the fitness suites. Your experience will also include a 40 minute Utopia express facial or back, neck, shoulder and scalp massage each. Tuck in to either a tasty two-course lunch, traditional afternoon tea or a two-course spa dinner depending what time your spa visit is booked for. Leave the spa feeling revitalised!

Availability: Monday – Thursday throughout the year. The spa is very popular – book at least six weeks in advance. Weather: Duration: Treatment times will be confirmed on the day. Bring flip-flops if you have them, or you can buy slippers on the day. A locker, towels, robes and toiletries are provided (a returnable £10 deposit is payable). Guidelines: Rowhill Grange is just five minutes from the M25 and M20. Exit the M25 at junction 3 (note that there are 2 exits for junction 3). Do not take the first exit marked M20, you require the 2nd exit for the A20 to London. At the roundabout follow signs for Swanley on the B2173. At Swanley follow signs for Hextable B258 through three small roundabouts. One and a half miles from the third roundabout Rowhill Grange is on your left. Restrictions: Minimum age is 18.
