Home to a number of exceptional award-winning ales, the Cropton Brewery is the perfect place for any beer lover. Enjoy an informative tour of the brewery and gain an insight into the intricate art of brewing whilst sampling some great real ale along the way, and take home a gift pack including beer and glassware. In addition to this, spend a relaxing night at the family run New Inn, located on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors. Sit down to a delicious three-course evening meal from the set menu and tuck into a hearty cooked breakfast the following morning. The New Inn provides a great base for exploring the North York Moors National Park and Whitby – the fishing village famous for the abbey and links to Count Dracula.

Availability: Monday – Saturday, excluding Christmas, New Year and Valentine’s. Book as far in advance as possible (minimum eight weeks recommended). Please note, if staying on Monday, the tour takes place on Tuesday. Weather: Duration: Tours run at 2pm. The stay is for one night with check in after 2pm and check out before 10am. Numbers On Day: Share the tour with up to 19 others. Spectators: Dress Code: We recommend wearing sensible, closed in shoes (not heels) for the tour as the ground can sometimes be slippery. Guidelines: Restrictions: Alcohol is part of this experience so the minimum age is 18. Wheelchair users are welcome, the tour takes place on a single level.
