This fun-fuelled helicopter flight offers a great little aerial adventure for two high-flyers! On arrival, hop into the helicopter and get strapped in ready for a vertical take-off. Once in the sky, soak in unique bird’s-eye views of rural Surrey as the helicopter seamlessly heads towards the city. As this is not a flight over London, the helicopter does not actually enter the city’s airspace but, on a clear day, its unmistakable skyline may be visible in the distance. Once back on firm ground, receive a £5 voucher to spend towards lunch at the airfield restaurant. A top day out!

Availability: At least one weekend date per month between April – October. Weather: This is a weather dependent activity, mainly due to wind speeds and cloud base above the ground. It is crucial to call the venue before setting out to check conditions. If the flight is cancelled, it can be re-booked directly with the venue. Duration: Lasts around 30 minutes, including a 12 – 15 minute flight. Take as long as you like over lunch. Numbers On Day: Share the helicopter with up to three other passengers and the pilot. Spectators: Spectators are welcome to watch take off and landing. A pair of binoculars or a camera could come in handy. Dress Code: Please bear in mind that inside the helicopter can get quite warm. Sunglasses are recommended all year round. Guidelines: Restrictions: Minimum age is 6 and any under 16’s must sit in the back and be accompanied by a participating adult. Maximum weight is 18 stone (or 15 stone for front seat passengers). Other Info: Please note, this is a helicopter flight from Surrey. Although the flight path takes you towards the City of London, it doesn’t actually enter its airspace, and any views you may get of the capital are restricted to its skyline in the distance.
