Embark on an exciting aerial adventure with a 30 minute light aircraft flying experience in North Lincolnshire. Kick off with a briefing on flight safety before hopping into the cockpit of a dual-controlled Cessna 152 with a fully qualified instructor to get ready for the take-off. Once ready, it’s time for the main event – soak in sensational views of the local landscape while your instructor effortlessly weaves the craft through the clouds. During the flight, take control of the plane and step into the shoes of a real life light aircraft pilot. If you get the flying bug, this 30 minutes counts as time towards a Private Pilot’s Licence!

Availability: Seven days a week except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. Weekends can get very busy; if a weekend date is required we recommend booking at least four weeks in advance (even earlier for summer weekends). Weather: Flying is a weather dependent activity and it’s essential to call the venue for a weather check before setting out. If the flight is cancelled because of the weather, it can be re-booked for an alternative date or time. Duration: Lasts around 40 minutes, including a 30 minute flight. Flight times are approximate and are the chocks-off to chocks-on duration. Numbers On Day: The briefing might be shared. The flight is held on a one-to-one basis with the instructor. Spectators: Spectators are welcome to watch the take off and landing. Dress Code: Wear flat-soled shoes. Sunglasses are recommended all year round. Guidelines: Restrictions: Minimum age 16. Max weight 15 stone. Max height 6’6”. For security reasons, photographic ID (ideally a passport) MUST be produced by all passengers on the day or they won’t be permitted to fly. Other Info: Flying time can count towards a Private Pilot’s Licence. To qualify for a PPL 35 hours of dual control and 10 hours solo flying is required.
