Take to the clouds for a breathtaking 30 minute light aircraft flight in South Staffordshire, the perfect experience for any budding aerial adventurer. Kick off with a full safety briefing before boarding a Cessna 152 aircraft with a seasoned instructor to get ready for take-off. Once in position, ascend skyward and when at a steady altitude, marvel at the astounding panoramic views of the countryside as the pilot effortlessly guides the Cessna across the sky. During the flight, take over the reins and go for a spin to experience the unrivalled joys of aviation from a first-hand perspective. For those who catch the flying bug, this flight time actually counts towards a Private Pilot’s Licence!

Availability: Seven days a week except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. Weekends can get very busy; if a weekend date is required we recommend booking at least four weeks in advance (even earlier for summer weekends). Weather: Flying is a weather dependent activity and it’s essential to call the venue for a weather check before setting out. If the flight is cancelled because of the weather, it can be re-booked for an alternative date or time. Duration: Lasts around 40 minutes, including a 30 minute flight. Flight times are approximate and are the chocks-off to chocks-on duration. Numbers On Day: The briefing may be shared. The flight is held on a one-to-one basis with the instructor. Spectators: Spectators are welcome to watch the take off and landing. Dress Code: Wear flat-soled shoes. Sunglasses are recommended all year round. Guidelines: Restrictions: Minimum age 16. Max weight 15 stone. Max height 6’6”. For security reasons, photographic ID (ideally a passport) MUST be produced by all passengers on the day or they won’t be permitted to fly. Other Info: Flying time can count towards a Private Pilot’s Licence. To qualify for a PPL 35 hours of dual control and 10 hours solo flying is required.
