Take a guided trip to both the brewery and winery, learn how several of Chiltern Valley’s house brews are produced and check out Chiltern Valley’s fine end products in the labelling and bottling area. Next, it’s time for a tutored tasting session in the cellar shop. Accompanied by cheese and crackers, try a selection of hand-picked wines, ales and liqueurs under the expert guidance of a resident drinks aficionado and take away a host of handy tasting tips. After the tour, each participant receives a ten per cent discount to use in the cellar shop.
