Nothing beats the feeling of floating above the ground in a nimble, speedy helicopter – it’s the way the rich and famous like to fly around and it’s the greatest way to see the incredible sights of the beautiful British landscape. On this 12 mile pleasure flight, rise to around 1000 feet and take in the sensational countryside sights, with the pilot pointing out the local landmarks along the way. Bring along a camera to capture some souvenir snaps to show friends and family and re-live the experience when you’re back on solid ground!

Availability: Flights take place around one weekend date per month from April – October. Weather: This is a weather dependent activity, mainly due to wind speeds and cloud base above the ground. It is crucial to call the venue before setting out to check conditions. If the flight is cancelled, it can be re-booked directly with the venue. Duration: Expect to be at the venue for about one hour, including a safety briefing and a flight time of between seven and 10 minutes. Please arrive a few minutes in advance of the booked time to ensure a prompt start. Numbers On Day: The helicopter seats up to six participants, plus the pilot. Spectators: Spectators are welcome to watch the take off and landing. A pair of binoculars or a camera comes in handy. Dress Code: Please bear in mind that inside the helicopter can get quite warm. Sunglasses are recommended all year round. Guidelines: Restrictions: Min age six (under 12’s must be accompanied by a participating adult). Max weight 18 stone.
