Description

Go behind the wheel of a real off road beast (a Land Rover, Mitsubishi or similar) and pick up lots of new driving skills before even getting a licence! Kick off with a safety briefing and a demonstration drive from an experienced instructor before hopping into the driving seat of a 4×4 giant to get ready for the main event! Once revved up and ready to go, set off on a specially designed off road course and take on extreme slopes, steep angles and water traverses with the trusty instructor in the passenger seat at all times to offer priceless tips and encouragement. This one-to-one session is a great way to get a feel for off road driving and is a must for any young budding petrol head!

Availability: At least one weekday per month throughout the year, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. Weather: Driving might be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions which would make driving dangerous (please call the venue if in any doubt). If this happens, an alternative date will be rebooked. Duration: Lasts around two hours including a briefing, instructor demonstration and at least 90 minutes of hands on driving. Numbers On Day: Apart from the demonstration, all driving time is held on a one-to-one basis with a qualified instructor. Spectators: Not suitable for spectators, however up to two passengers can choose to ride in the 4×4 for a fee of £20 per vehicle (arrange and pay on the day). Drinks and snacks are available. Dress Code: We recommend sensible, outdoor clothing. Ground conditions are rough and a strong shoe with ankle protection is, therefore, advisable.
