Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life for a day of relaxation at a choice of over 30 Bannatyne Health Clubs across the UK. Indulge in some treatment time each from the following options: a Swedish back, neck and shoulder massage either with Elemis body polish or with energising facial, an Elemis body polish and energising facial, a Swedish full body massage, a Leighton Denny immaculate manicure or a Bannatyne expert facial. For the rest of the day, feel free to use the facilities which include a pool, Jacuzzi, gym, sauna and steam room or join in one of the classes in the club including Tai Chi, aerobics and Boxercise (subject to availability).

Availability: Available seven days a week. Please book at least four weeks in advance. Opening hours vary between locations. Weather: Duration: Treatments are pre-booked and last around 55 minutes in total. From the five options quoted, choose either two 25 minute treatments each or one 55 minute treatment.
