Ever wondered what it’s like to take a Land Rover Discovery off road and find out what it’s really made of? This adrenaline-fuelled off road taster in Berkshire offers a great introduction to 4×4 driving, and with 25 minutes behind the wheel, there’s plenty of time to push your driving skills to the limit. Start with a briefing before climbing into the Discovery to get ready for action. Take turns being both passenger and driver while tackling a mammoth 12 acre off road course. Navigate through a variety of different terrains, steep drops, sharp climbs, gullies, sudden twists and turns, with an instructor in the vehicle at all times to shout out tips and encouragement. By the end, you’re sure to be wanting more!

Availability: Wednesday – Friday (at least one date per week) and at least one weekend date per month throughout the year. Weather: Driving might be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions which would make driving dangerous (please call the venue if in doubt). If this happens, an alternative date can be arranged. Duration: Lasts around two hours including a briefing and 25 minutes of hands-on driving time. Numbers On Day: Share the vehicle with up to three other off road driving fanatics, plus a qualified instructor. Spectators: Friends and family are welcome to come along and watch the action from the viewing area. Please be aware, there are no public toilet facilities on-site. Dress Code: Dress in comfortable outdoor clothing (and wrap up warm in winter) with trousers, long sleeves and flat-soled shoes. Wellington boots are prohibited. Guidelines: Restrictions: Min age 17. Min height 5′, max 6’4”. Max weight is 18 stone. A full driving licence must be produced on the day to guarantee participation. Participants must be physically fit and declare any medical conditions before booking.
