Put those driving skills to the ultimate test with this rip-roaring rally experience in Essex, in both front and rear wheel drive cars. After a safety briefing, jump straight into the driving seat of the first car and learn how to negotiate tyres and cones at high speed on five laps of the loose surface track. Then go another five laps in the second session before taking a short break. Next, take two more sessions of five laps each in the second rally car, getting a chance to hone those newly learned skills. The last lap in each car is timed, with timings added together to highlight the fastest three drivers on the day. Finish with a nerve shredding high-speed passenger ride driven by a pro. Availability: Saturdays and Tuesdays at least once a month throughout the year. MUST be booked and taken by 30 June 2017. Weather: Driving may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions which would make driving at speed dangerous. Please call the venue if in any doubt. Duration: Expect to be on-site for up to two hours, with 10 laps in each car (20 laps in total) and a high-speed passenger ride. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the booked time to attend the essential safety briefing, or risk missing the experience. Numbers On Day: Safety briefings are shared but all in car tuition is one-on-one with an instructor. Spectators: Spectators are very welcome, please advise the venue if more than three spectators are attending. Be aware that any children must be supervised at all times and pets are not permitted. Food is available on site. Dress Code: Wear flat shoes which are comfortable for driving. A helmet is provided. Guidelines: Restrictions: Minimum age is 17. Minimum height is 5′, maximum is 6’4”.
