Surrounded by acres of peaceful Suffolk countryside, it is an idyllic setting for a day of relaxation and with full use of the facilities, plus 55 minutes worth of spa treatments each, be sure to leave feeling refreshed and revived. Take a dip in the pool, enjoy a soak in the spa bath, cleanse away cares in the steam room or sauna, work out in the gym or try out an exercise class. Choose two treatments from 1) expert facial, 2) manicure 3) Swedish back, neck and shoulder massage and energising facial, 4) Swedish back, neck and shoulder massage and body polish, 5) energising facial and body polish or 6) Swedish full body massage.
