Description

Put driving skills to the ultimate test with an exhilarating experience, rally driving both front and rear wheel drive rally cars in Essex. Beginning with a short safety briefing, then jump into the driving seat (the bulk of tuition takes place in the car so you can learn behind the wheel). After a familiarisation lap of the loose surface track and negotiate through cones and tyres at high speed during four laps of hair-raising driving. After a short break, drive another thrilling five laps in the second rally car before finishing with a breathtaking high-speed white-knuckle passenger ride, driven by the instructor. End with a debrief and take home a driving assessment and certificate – this is the ultimate driving buzz!

Availability: Tuesdays and Saturdays, at least two dates per month throughout the year. MUST be booked and taken by 30 June 2017. Weather: Driving may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions which would make driving at speed dangerous. Please call the venue if in any doubt. Duration: Expect to be on-site for up to an hour and a half, with five laps in each car and a high-speed passenger ride. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the booked time to attend the essential safety briefing, or risk missing the experience. Numbers On Day: Safety briefings are shared but all in car tuition is one-on-one with an instructor. Spectators: Spectators are very welcome, please advise the venue if more than three spectators are attending. Be aware that any children must be supervised at all times and pets are not permitted. Dress Code: Wear flat shoes which are comfortable for driving. A helmet is provided. Guidelines: Restrictions: Minimum age is 17. Minimum height is 5′, maximum is 6’4”. Maximum weight is 18 stone.
