Begin with a safety briefing, then drive a sporty saloon car for four familiarisation laps around the track with a qualified instructor. They then take the wheel for two laps to demonstrate quick, successful track driving, helping you become more familiar with the circuit. For the main event, get in the driver’s seat of the Aston Martin V8 Vantage, capable of 0 – 60 in under 5 seconds. Start the engine and feel the elegant vehicle come to life. Enjoy a dream drive as you take this legendary machine around the track for six unforgettable laps. Conclude with a driving assessment and a certificate to take home.

Availability: Weekdays only, at least one date per month throughout the year. Weather: Driving may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. snow, ice or severe rain) which would make driving at speed dangerous. Please call the venue if in any doubt. Duration: Lasts for up to one and a half hours including a briefing, tuition, driving time and a debrief. Arrival is vital at least 20 minutes before the scheduled start time. Numbers On Day: A maximum of 21 people take part, but there will only be you and the instructor in the car. Spectators: Spectators are welcome, there are cafe facilities on-site. Pets are not permitted. Dress Code: Dress for outdoors and wear casual, comfortable clothing with flat soled footwear. Guidelines: From Edinburgh: take the M90 across the Forth Road Bridge towards Dunfermline then join the B914 at junction 4 (signed Kelty) then go onto the A823 – Knockhill is on the right. Alternatively from Glasgow: follow the A977 to Powmill and take the turn off to join the A823 as noted above. Restrictions: Minimum age is 17. A full British or international manual driving licence must be produced on the day in order to participate.
