Driving an Aston Martin around a race track is something many people dream about, and this experience is the chance to make the dream a reality. Oulton Park has an impressive 1.6 mile long track, perfect for testing out the speed, strength and sophistication of the modern classic V8 Vantage. The session begins with an experienced instructor giving an introduction and safety briefing, then a demo lap taken by the instructor to get familiar with the track. Next, it’s time to take the wheel of this sophisticated vehicle and drive a thrilling six miles around Oulton Park. James Bond eat your heart out!

Availability: At least one date every other month throughout the year. Dates fill very quickly, so we recommend booking 12 weeks in advance. Weather: Driving may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. snow, ice, heavy rain or high winds) which would make driving at speed dangerous. Please call the venue if in any doubt. Duration: Expect to be at the circuit for up to two hours, including a briefing and six miles driving the Aston. Please arrive 30 minutes in advance of the booked time to ensure a prompt start. Numbers On Day: All in-car tuition is on a one-to-one basis. Briefings are held in groups of up to 30 people. There might be other vehicles on the track at the same time. Spectators: Friends and family are welcome and there are excellent spectating and catering facilities on-site. Please note that animals are not allowed at the circuit, with the exception of guide dogs. Dress Code: Wear trousers, a long-sleeved shirt and flat-soled shoes. A helmet will be provided. Guidelines: Restrictions: Minimum age is 18. Maximum weight is 20 stone. Minimum height is 5’0”, maximum 6’5”. A full British or international manual driving licence must have been held for at least 12 months and brought on the day in order to participate. Other Info: The race circuit is MSA (Motor Sports Association) approved for quality and safety. The organiser was established in 1978 and is a founder member of The Association of Racing Drivers’ Schools. All instructors here are ARDS qualified. When booking expect to be offered the choice of buying a collision damage waiver at £20 to £40 additional charge. Please note there is no obligation to purchase this optional waiver.
