Their Best of British course is taught by classically trained chef Jeff Thomas and includes a choice of themes such as budding masterchef, best of British meat or dinner parties, tips and tricks. During the masterchef course learn basic butchery and knife skills, the dinner parties lesson teaches how to successfully cater for larger dinner parties without the last minute stress. Leave the meat lesson knowing how to prepare and cook different cuts of meat and transform them into delicious dishes.
