This induction to the world of falconry begins with a tour of the aviaries, getting up close to different species and learning about what makes each type unique. Next, receive tuition from an experienced bird handler and handle some birds yourself to gain familiarity. Then it’s time to try falconry for real – fly a bird to land on your glove and let it demonstrate its impressive skills. Also included on the day are refreshments and a falconry display.
